The Sweeplings bio...

The Sweeplings are an American folk/americana duo comprising Spokane, Washington native Cami Bradley and New Market, Alabama native Whitney DeanDean, a former touring bandmate of Civil Wars singer/songwriter John Paul White, first saw Bradley perform as a contestant and top finalist on the NBC reality contest America’s Got Talent. Struck by her voice, he reached out to her to see if she’d be interested in co-writing some songs. A 2014 visit to meet her in Spokane yielded an immediate musical chemistry between them and their cross-country partnership was born. An initial self titled four-song EP “TheSweeplings“ and a handful of singles revealed a penchant for haunting, tender harmonies and a roots-inspired sound. Their debut album, Rise & Fall, was released in 2015 and received critic acclaim from NPRBillboard, and even iTunes with the track “Carry Me Home” names as one of the top 25 songs of theyear in the singer/songwriter category.

Since that time The Sweeplings, have seen extraordinary success with songs featured in TV shows such as “Pretty Little Liars“, “The Vampire Diaries”, “Longmire“, “The Fosters“, “Good Behavior”  and others. The duo also have also seen great success with the release of their “Covers – chapter 1” release which on it’s own has gained over 16 Million streams on platforms like Spotify, etc…The duo signed with record label “Nettwerk Music Group” in 2017 and re-released “Rise & Fall – Deluxe Edition” followed by multiple singles alongside an EP called “Sleepwalking” which also received attention from media outlets like Huffington Post, iTunes, Spotify and more…

Currently, The Sweeplings are recording their follow up full length album to be released in the Fall of 2018.
